Thank you for shopping with Blue Ridge Pickleball Co. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there’s a significant delay with your order, we’ll reach out by email.
Shipping Times & Rates
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days within the United States after processing, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is in the hands of the carrier.
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our paddle sets are made to order, which means each set is produced specifically for you. This allows us to offer custom designs and reduce waste, but it does add to the processing time noted above. We appreciate your patience — quality is worth the short wait.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at blueridgepickleballco@gmail.com
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Blue Ridge Pickleball Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with photos, and we’ll make it right.
